Privacy policy

Bimblepath is designed so your planning content stays on your Mac in this release. This policy explains the limited information involved in purchasing, licensing, and optional product updates.

Planning data

In this release, outcomes, card titles, schedules, energy entries, and other planning content are stored locally on your Mac. Bimblepath does not operate a team workspace and does not receive this content during normal use. If product capabilities change, this policy will be updated before new data flows apply.

Purchases and licensing

Polar acts as merchant of record and hosts checkout. Polar receives the email, payment, and order information needed to complete a purchase; its payment processor handles payment-card details. Durable Bimblepath commerce records contain only commercial identifiers, event IDs, entitlement status, and timestamps. To deliver purchaser status and optional marketing consent to our email provider, a verified Polar order may temporarily queue the purchaser's email and name. Contact data is removed when delivery succeeds or, if delivery continues to fail, after 30 days. When activation is available, Bimblepath sends Polar only the license key you enter, an opaque device identifier or label, and the Bimblepath v1 condition. It does not send planning content, diagnostics, or raw hardware identifiers.

Email and product updates

If you opt in on the download page or later at checkout, we use the email address you provide to send product updates and trial-related messages through our email provider. Sharing an email is optional and is not required to download the trial. You can unsubscribe via the link in those messages or by emailing support@bimblepath.com.

Local diagnostics

Bimblepath does not include advertising trackers. Diagnostic information remains local unless you deliberately include it in a support request. Remove personal planning content before sharing screenshots or exports with support.

Your choices

You can export planning data from the app. You can remove local data in the app or by removing the app’s local data from your Mac. Purchase records held by Polar are subject to its legal and tax retention requirements.
