Terms of use

These terms apply to the Bimblepath macOS application and website. By downloading, purchasing, or using Bimblepath, you agree to them.

The product

Bimblepath is single-user planning software for macOS. It stores planning content locally and is provided as a general organization tool.

Trial and license

The app includes a 14-day full trial. A purchase grants one person a perpetual Bimblepath v1 license, including all 1.x updates, with activation on up to three Macs. The license may not be resold, shared, or used to provide access to the app as a service.

Payments

Under Bimblepath's “Pay what works for you” offer, the one-time price is $29 minimum / $49 suggested; you may choose any amount at or above $29. Polar is the merchant of record and handles hosted checkout, payment collection, receipts, applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and license delivery. Durable Bimblepath commerce records contain only commercial identifiers, event IDs, entitlement status, and timestamps needed to deliver and support the license. The temporary contact delivery queue is described in the privacy policy. There is no subscription, and purchases include a 30-day refund policy.

Your data and backups

You are responsible for maintaining suitable backups of data stored on your Mac. Bimblepath provides export access, including after a trial has ended, but cannot restore local data that has been deleted or lost.

Availability and updates

We may fix defects, improve the app, or change supporting services. A perpetual version 1 license does not promise future major versions or compatibility with operating systems released after the supported life of version 1.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bimblepath is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability arising from the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
